You will evaluate needs, create plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate families, document progress, and support a positive recovery atmosphere while maintaining flexibility of a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and a strong dedication to client care and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess clients’ needs, abilities, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
