Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement occupational therapy plans tailored to student needs
Assess student functional skills and recommend appropriate interventions
Participate in team meetings to coordinate care and educational strategies
Provide direct therapy services during scheduled days, accommodating flexible days as preferred
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes to meet compliance standards
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Current State of Illinois Occupational Therapy license
CPR certification
Minimum 1 year experience working in school settings
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families
Reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible schedule including Tuesdays or Thursdays
Patience, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills
Physical ability to visit multiple school sites and perform clinical tasks
