Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with students, staff and community patrons, addressing complaints promptly and offering healthy food suggestions.
• Assist in meal preparation as directed by the kitchen manager; cross-train in all kitchen areas.
• Set up and maintain the serving line and monitor food quality and temperature during service.
• Be available to cover additional shifts as needed to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
• Operate the cash register accurately at Point of Service and complete end-of-service cashout.
