Job summary

CESA 6 is seeking a part-time School Nurse Consultant to lead, direct, and oversee school nursing services. This non-benefited, as-needed position supports partner districts by providing professional development to school nurses and serving as a continuing resource on nursing practices.

The role requires an RN license in Wisconsin, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years in school nursing, with CPR/First Aid/AED certification. CPR instructor certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Wisconsin.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Nursing).
Minimum 3 years of experience in school nursing.
CPR/First Aid/AED certification. CPR instructor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct, advocate, and oversee services related to school nursing for CESA 6.
Collaborate with agency staff to develop and provide professional development to partnering school nurses.
Be an ongoing resource to school nurses in partner districts.
