Job summary

CHADS Coalition for Mental Health in St. Louis is seeking a compassionate School Mental Health Presenter to deliver evidence-based mental health and suicide prevention programs to middle and high school students across the metro area.

This part-time role (up to 20 hours per week) suits someone who enjoys public speaking, building relationships with schools, and serving as an ambassador for CHADS, following the school calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, counseling, or communications.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tech.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the St. Louis area.
• Availability during school hours, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person SOS presentations to middle and high school students.
• Lead discussions on youth mental health and help-seeking behaviors.
• Build positive relationships with school staff and students.
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
• Support outreach events and CHADS initiatives.
