Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays and utensils in orderly, sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays per procedures; ensures cleanliness.
• Polishes silver and maintains safety and sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety guidelines.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans work surfaces.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading.
