Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washes objects by hand or with cleaning equipment.
• Cleans dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc. and stores them in assigned areas in an organized manner.
• Maintains products at required levels in preparation, serving, or storage areas including service machines.
• Stocks storage areas with various products.
• Cleans, sweeps, wipes down dining, kitchen, or storage areas and equipment; maintains floors.
• Removes garbage and sets up or breaks down tables, snack bars, and serving lines.
• Assists with large periodic cleaning projects and coordinates activities with others.
• Assists with food preparation and cooking vegetables, entrees, sauces, meats, etc.
