Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with large-scale cooking/food preparation/serving helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assists with quantity food preparation.
• Assists with daily cleaning of kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Sets up and breaks down serving lines (salad bar, hot food, a la carte).
• Operates cash register and handles money, reports as needed.
• Assists with dismissal of students from lunchroom.
