FISD, part of the Flik Independent School Dining division of Compass Group USA, is hiring a Lead Food Service Worker for a part-time role at Thomas Jefferson School in Saint Louis, MO. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include assisting the Manager on Duty, supervising associates, ensuring HACCP compliance, and handling daily reports. Previous dishroom experience preferred; online applications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager on Duty with coordinating associates and maintaining customer service standards.
• Oversee food and beverage prep and service, ensuring sanitation, HACCP, and safety guidelines.
• Direct sanitation and safety of facility and staff per company standards and regulations.
• Monitor associate productivity and breaks; report performance issues.
• Assist in onboarding and training of associates; may conduct pre-service meetings.
• Handle cash and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports including inventory and production records.
• Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns; assist in menu planning and ordering.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
