Flik Independent School Dining in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a part-time Lead Food Service Worker for Thomas Jefferson School. Working hours are 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday. Prior dishroom experience is preferred, and internal referral bonuses are available.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages while meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
• Expedites workflow to ensure efficient meal service across service areas.
• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility and staff per company and regulatory standards.
• Monitors productivity and breaks, and communicates performance issues to management.
• Assists in onboarding and training associates; may conduct pre-service meetings.
• Handles cash and completes daily, weekly and monthly reports, including inventory and production records.
• Responds to customer needs and resolves concerns.
• Assists in menu planning and ordering procedures using company programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
