The Extended Provision Assistant at Sutterton Foufields CofE Primary School will work under the Extended Provision Leader to supervise children, provide activities, encourage cooperation, and ensure safety and well-being.

You will monitor behaviour, assist with planning activities, maintain attendance registers, and support safeguarding policies in a welcoming school environment that promotes equal opportunities for all.

Qualifications

• Assist in supervising children attending extended provision.
• Encourage cooperation and monitor wellbeing.
• Support planning and delivery of activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during provision and help with activities.
• Assist in organising play, art, reading and homework support.
• Maintain a register of attendees and manage access to school areas.
• Respond to incidents in line with school policies and record injuries if any.
• Promote equality of opportunity and inclusive practice.
• Participate in training and development activities.
