Job summary

Service Master by Gibson in West Grove, PA is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing cleaning team on a part-time basis. Shifts run 10:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for advancement and paid training.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. No experience is required, and transportation is needed to access Avon Grove School District sites.

Qualifications

• Must pass PA State Criminal Background Check.
• PA Child Abuse Clearance required.
• FBI fingerprinting may be required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Empty and remove heavy trash bags from classrooms and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Wipe down desks, high-touch surfaces, and fixtures
• Refill paper and soap dispensers
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Lock up and secure assigned areas as needed
