Job summary

Service Master by Gibson is hiring motivated individuals for day and evening shifts in the Avon Grove School District, West Grove, PA. You will clean classrooms and common areas, empty trash, wipe surfaces, and sanitize restrooms while following safety procedures and detailed checklists.

This part-time role offers a M-F schedule, paid training, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Empty and remove heavy trash bags from classrooms and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Wipe down desks, high-touch surfaces, and fixtures
• Refill paper and soap dispensers
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Lock up and secure assigned areas as needed

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trash bags
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Must pass:
  • PA State Criminal Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance
  • (FBI fingerprinting may be required if applicable)
