Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a Part-time Registered Dental Hygienist/Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner (PHDHP) to support student oral health across three school-based clinics in Hershey, PA. The role focuses on chairside hygiene instruction, nutrition counseling, and adherence to infection-control standards.

Candidates must hold an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program degree, PA RDH and PHDHP licenses, and CPR/AED certification, with at least one year of general dental practice.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from ADA-accredited dental hygiene program.
• Minimum 1 year of general dental practice experience.
• Active PA RDH and PHDHP licenses.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong ability to work with children of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside oral hygiene instruction and nutrition counseling
• Participate in school-wide oral health education initiatives
• Maintain compliance with OSHA/CDC infection control standards
• Maintain dental equipment and supplies
• Work across three school-based dental clinics (Elementary & Senior Schools)
