Job summary

Clarkston School District is seeking substitutes for custodial staff in Clarkston, Washington. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is non-exempt.

Starting date is to be determined, with a POSTED deadline until filled and a salary of $23.82 per hour. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, required fingerprint and criminal background checks, CPR/First aid certificate or ability to obtain, and Safe Schools Training before starting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Fingerprint background check is required.
• Criminal background check must meet state, federal, and Clarkston standards.
• CPR/First aid certificate is required or obtainable.
• Safe Schools Training is REQUIRED and must be completed BEFORE start date.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wax, buff, and scrub floors.
• Empty trash and garbage containers.
• Dust, wax, and polish furniture and woodwork and metal work.
• Wash windows, walls, and blinds.
• Move and arrange furniture as required.
• Unlock and lock buildings.
• Prepare buildings for meetings and programs.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and other areas as required.
• Other duties may be required by building administrator.
• Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
