Qualifications

• Washington State Patrol and FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license.
• Immunization proof preferred (if born 1957 or later).
• I-9 Employment Eligibility compliance.
• Completion of district-required trainings within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Routinely check buildings and equipment to ensure safety and inform supervisor of deficiencies.
• Be familiar with materials and equipment used in maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Clean and maintain all areas to district policy and state/federal standards.
• Secure buildings and equipment, operate custodial equipment, and manage supplies.
• Assist with lighting maintenance, carpet cleaning, and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Uphold district policies and interact professionally with staff, students, and the public.
