Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises neat and clean at all times; report to work on time.
• Shovels, plows, and sands walks, driveways, and steps as needed.
• Checks daily that exit doors and panic bolts work during occupancy.
• Cleans classrooms, halls, and corridors; dusts furniture.
• Disinfects toilet floors and fixtures daily and cleans windows periodically.
• Performs yard work and grounds maintenance as needed to keep area safe.
• Opens/closes building each day; ensures doors and windows are secure.
• Moves furniture as directed for activities and events.
