Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems preferred.
• Ability to operate custodian equipment safely.
• Willing to learn and perform basic repairs as required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, wax, and mop assigned areas.
• Remove trash and dispose of it properly.
• Clean restrooms, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures.
• Restock tissues, towels, and soap; disinfect as needed.
• Dust furniture, walls, and woodwork; clean windows and blinds.
• Move chairs, tables, and equipment as required.
• Clean drinking fountains and school grounds when needed.
• Mow lawn, trim shrubbery, and perform basic grounds tasks.
• Assist with snow removal and event setup.
• Perform minor repairs and replace ceiling tiles and bulbs.
