Job summary

New Hanover County Schools is seeking a part-time Custodian to perform cleaning and minor maintenance duties at Johnson Pre K in Wilmington, NC. The role reports to the Principal or Department Administrator and follows an established cleaning schedule.

The position is a part-time appointment with a Grade 55 starting point. Prior cleaning experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with at-will employment terms.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with cleaning work and knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
• Other qualifications as the superintendent and board may find appropriate and acceptable.
