Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. seeks a part-time custodian for Wayland Union Schools with 4:00pm–6:00pm shifts, Monday through Friday, and one scheduled weekend per month.

This position is based in Otsego, MI, pays $16.00 per hour, and requires reliable attendance and a valid ID. Core duties include mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, trash removal, and following GRBS procedures to keep facilities safe and orderly.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older with valid ID.
• No theft, violence or drug-related background per policy.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash; other cleaning tasks as assigned.
