Job summary

All City Management Services in El Segundo, CA is hiring School Crossing Guards. Work Monday–Friday during school days, 2.5 hours daily, helping children cross streets and stay safe on their way to and from school.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Residents of El Segundo preferred due to site proximity.

Responsibilities

• Safely guide pedestrians across designated intersections or crosswalks.
• Monitor traffic flow to ensure safety for all pedestrians.
• Remain alert and observant to ensure student safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel.
