All City Management Services is hiring multiple School Crossing Guards in Santa Fe, New Mexico, to help ensure student safety as children travel to and from school.

This part-time position offers school-day shifts before and after class, paid at $19.75 per hour with additional bonus time when both shifts are worked. Applicants must be at least 18, reliable, and able to stand outdoors in varying weather while staying alert and professional when interacting with students, parents, and drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Able to stand for extended periods outdoors.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong communication with students, parents, staff and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings.
• Monitor traffic flow and maintain safe crossing conditions.
• Remain attentive and alert during assigned shifts.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers.
• Follow all company safety procedures and training guidelines.
