All City Management Services is seeking multiple School Crossing Guards in Carlsbad, New Mexico to help protect students as they travel to and from school. You will support safety at designated crossings and interact with students, parents, school staff, and drivers.

The role is part-time, with shifts before and after school during the local calendar. Training and safety equipment are provided, and punctual, reliable candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings.
• Monitor traffic flow and maintain safe crossing conditions.
• Remain attentive and alert throughout assigned shifts.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers.
• Follow all company safety procedures and training guidelines.
