Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale food preparation and service.
• Ability to operate common kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and serves meats, breads, vegetables, and other food in accordance with the menu.
• Prepares and serves fruits, desserts, salads, soups and other foods.
• Maintains sanitary conditions and cleans work areas and equipment.
• Assists manager by serving as cashier and handling food supplies.
