Responsibilities

• Scans/rings up meals as students move through lines.
• Maintains backup roster of enrolled students for emergencies.
• Performs inventory, ordering, and stocking as needed.
• Prepares food according to menus and recipes without deviation.
• Serves food with correct portions by age group.
• Operates various commercial kitchen equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of storage, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Performs additional duties assigned by the manager.
