Qualifications

• Prefer experience working with food, cashiering, and children, but not required.
• Must lift 50 pounds.
• Must pass screenings for public school employees, including CORI, fingerprinting and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supplies for the daily menu, including heating, portioning, cutting and chopping a variety of food products.
• Follow HACCP, personal hygiene, uniform and all state/government regulations.
• Prepare supplies for the next day of service.
• Cashiering or serving during school lunch periods.
• Wash lunch tables between lunches.
• Ensure proper storage of all food.
• Clean kitchen equipment and surfaces as required.
• Assist with rotation of food and deliveries.
• Assist with other duties assigned by the manager.
