• Performs accurately in math and measurement calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares/serves food and maintains an orderly/sanitary kitchen.
• Operates the cash register and/or POS system.
• Records food usage on production records and manages deposits.
• Cleans/sanitizes work surfaces, equipment, and dining areas.
• Follows health and safety regulations and supports USDA guidelines.
