Job summary

A local education facility is seeking part-time Bus Drivers to transport students to and from classes and appointments. Responsibilities include maintaining transportation files, supervising students during lunch and recess, and performing pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles. Candidates must have a valid Michigan driver’s license and a CDL with passenger endorsements, as well as effective communication skills for interacting with students and parents. Experience with food handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan driver's license and appropriate licenses for driving.
• CDL Class 'A', 'B', or 'C' with 'P' and 'S' endorsements.
• Ability to lift 50-pound containers regularly.

Responsibilities

• Transport children to and from approved sites.
• Maintain transportation files and records.
