The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and community service, with a flexible AM/PM split and guaranteed hours on a 6.5-hour day. This position requires English proficiency, a valid Class B license, and meets DOT drug-testing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with summers off.
• Subject to DOT drug testing.
• Commitment to safety and following traffic laws.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unloading and assist with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus during routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean.
• Communicate with parents, staff, and dispatch about delays.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service during service.
