STA Family of Companies in Springfield, PA is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers for SPRINGFIELD SCHOOLS. Drive on designated routes, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensure safe, timely transportation for students.

No experience is required. Paid training with CDL Class B is provided, and bonus opportunities include a $1,000 hiring bonus, referral bonuses, safety and attendance bonuses, plus a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver's license.
• Minimum age 21 and 3 years driving experience.
• Pass DOT physical, background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus or van part time on Springfield routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Perform a child check immediately after each run.
• All other duties as assigned.
