First Student in Washington, Missouri is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers to start mornings and transport students after school. No prior experience is required as we provide expert training to help you become a safe and professional driver.

We offer a flexible part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes, competitive hourly pay of $23.00–$27.70, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with morning and afternoon routes; no nights, weekends, or summers required.
• Subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report mechanical issues.
