Job summary

Westtown School is seeking experienced part-time bus drivers for the 2026-2027 school year to transport students to athletics events and trips in the West Chester, PA area.

Responsibilities include safe loading/unloading, maintaining logs, coordinating with parents and school staff, and ensuring passenger safety. CPR certification is desired; a valid PA CDL with air brake restriction removed and School Bus endorsements is required.

Qualifications

• Current PA commercial driver’s license with air brake restriction removed and school bus endorsements.
• Clean driving record and the ability to obtain a school bus medical certificate.
• Flexible availability mornings, afternoons, weekends; some evenings and overnights may be required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from events and activities.
• Assist students with safe loading and unloading of the bus.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of students.
• Properly stow luggage and sports equipment; follow lifting procedures.
• Communicate with students, parents, and school staff; maintain professional relations.
• Maintain mileage logs and required documentation; keep bus clean.
