Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine in West Chester, PA invites applications for a part-time Bus Driver who supports childcare and teen programs. You will prepare and check vehicles, ensure safety, maintain trip schedules, and drive YMCA vehicles per policies and state laws.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of bus driving experience, a CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3 years of bus driving experience or more
• Must be 21 years of age
• Maintain a clean driving record (annual check)
• Complete defensive driving online annually and keep CDL credentials current

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check the safety and operational effectiveness of the vehicle.
• Maintain the vehicle in good working order and ensure required maintenance.
• Maintain trip schedule for children as defined by staff.
• Drives YMCA vehicles according to policies and state laws.

Skills

3 years of bus driving experience
