Job summary

First Student Management LLC is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers for Orono Public School District in Orono, MN. We offer an hourly rate of $29.00–$33.00, paid CDL training at $25.00 per hour, and a flexible, weekday schedule with guaranteed hours. No nights or weekends.

Training and support are provided to help you become a safe, professional driver. Responsibilities include safe student transportation, stop supervision, and pre/post-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; expert CDL training provided.
• Part-time schedule with morning and afternoon routes.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a driver's license for at least 3 years.
• DOT drug testing applies to safety-sensitive positions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
