Job summary

Easter Seals North Georgia in Atlanta, GA seeks a part-time Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for children, parents and staff to and from childcare centers and field trips.

The position requires a valid Georgia CDL with P&S endorsements, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass pre-employment tests and drug screening. Shifts are 6:30 AM–8:30 AM and 2:00 PM–4:00 PM, with occasional travel and mandatory trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Georgia CDL with P&S endorsements.
• Drug test and pre-employment screening required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must pass background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Transports children, parents, and staff to and from centers and field trips in a safe manner.
• Performs daily bus maintenance and safety checks per ESNG transportation plan.
• Reports accidents to ESNG supervisors and authorities as required.
• Provides first aid and emergency assistance as needed.
• Completes daily operational data sheets and submits them as required.
