Vision Transportation is seeking school bus drivers in Minnesota, including Big Lake, Elk River, and St. Michael. This part-time role offers paid training at $23/hour and a starting rate of $29/hour once licensed, with a $1,500 hiring bonus for already-licensed drivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Professional level English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Drive a regular route Monday through Friday.
• Read and understand street signs, route sheets and maps.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including child checks.
• Assist students in loading/unloading and help direct them safely across roads.
• Communicate with staff, students, parents and the public.
• Attend safety and training meetings; conduct emergency evacuations.
