Job summary

Jacksonville, FL 32210 is hosting a part-time CDL driver role. The position runs Monday through Friday for 25 hours per week, with pay starting at $23.00 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 for experienced CDL holders (and $1,000 for non-experienced drivers).

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 years verifiable driving history
• Ability to obtain a CDL
• Complete a CDL training program
• Pre-employment background checks apply

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus route - picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops on the route
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
• Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings
• Clean bus as necessary to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image
• If requested, drive students on field trips, activity trips and charter runs to transport students and other passengers
