Job summary

Southeast STA in Garner, NC is seeking a Non CDL School Bus Driver (AM & PM). Part-Time, schedule Monday-Friday, located at 3733 Conquest Drive, Garner, NC 27529. Pay range $16.01-$16.28 per hour.

Responsibilities include driving routes, performing safety inspections, and attending monthly safety meetings. Must be 19+, have 2+ years driving history, and pass pre-employment background checks. Benefits and community involvement offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older
• Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable driving history
• Pre-employment background checks apply

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus route - picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops on the route.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Clean bus as necessary to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.
• As requested or desired to drive students on field trips, activity trips and charter runs to transport students and other passengers to and from their destinations.
