Job summary

First Student Gouverneur is hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers to safely transport students in Gouverneur Central School District. You will start mornings with pickups and transport them home in the afternoons, with possible field trips for additional hours.

Hourly pay ranges from $24.75 to $25.75, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and benefits. We provide expert training and guidance to help you become a safe, professional driver.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops and assist students with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
• Report issues and keep the bus clean and safe.
