Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist for Fort Myers, FL for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide direct therapy, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with district staff on-site.

The role offers guaranteed hours, a manageable caseload, and support from both the district and TheraPeds. Prior school-based experience and Florida licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Florida SLP licensure or eligibility and Florida DOE certification for school-based practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP candidates considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals with data-driven progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals.
• Deliver evaluations, maintain documentation, and complete progress reports.
• Support AAC use and address articulation, language, and social communication needs.
