Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a part-time (.4 FTE) school-based Physical Therapist to serve students district-wide at one to two schools in the Des Plaines, IL area. The role includes evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy services for students with IEP goals, with a focus on gross motor development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and an appropriate Illinois licensure.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active IL physical therapy license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical development of students.
• Collect data on student IEP goals.
• Collaborate with and communicate with student IEP teams and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement therapy plans.
