Job summary

ESS Clinical is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support a charter school in Henderson, Colorado. This part-time position offers 14 hours per week with immediate start and a competitive hourly rate up to $62.00.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to help students build essential classroom skills. W2 benefits eligibility applies based on hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state OT license.
• School-based experience preferred; mentorship available.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting student growth and functional skill development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct OT services (individual and group).
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students’ participation in academic, social, and daily living activities.
• Contribute to MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate.
