Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining MN licensing, evaluating students, developing educational plans, collaborating with teachers and families, adapting materials, keeping progress notes and logs, and completing third-party billing. Location is the district.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota OT license and current certification.
• Experience in school-based OT preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and determine need for OT intervention.
• Plan, implement, and monitor OT services and goals.
• Document progress notes, goals, and discharge plans.
• Maintain compliant licensing and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with educational staff to adapt environments and activities.
• Communicate with families and professionals.
