The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time supervisory role in Saint Paul, MN. You will supervise and mentor OT staff while supporting students to develop academic, social, and independent skills within a collaborative school setting.

You will work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team and lead efforts to ensure high-quality services, professional growth, and program excellence in a school-based environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota.
• Experience providing occupational therapy services to children and adolescents.
• Prior supervisory, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to OT staff.
• Help students develop skills to succeed academically, socially, and independently.
