Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Part-Time Site Director for Los Ninos Elementary School in Las Vegas, NM. You will lead daily activities, supervise staff, and ensure compliant, engaging programming for children ages 5–12.

This role features employer-paid childcare for your own children enrolled in the program, telehealth and other benefits, and a flexible schedule with afternoon/evening hours. Prior leadership and childcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience mentoring staff
• Experience working with school staff a plus
• Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and Healthy Kids policies.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with the Healthy Kids curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, arts, and academics.
• Oversee daily operations including attendance tracking, registration updates, scheduling, and staffing support.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and caregivers using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to maintain a positive and supportive program culture.
