Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Assistants for our Before and After School Program at Roaring Brook Elementary School, Grafflin Elementary School, and Westorchard Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The position follows the school calendar with Morning 7:30–9:00 am and Afternoon 2:55–5:15 pm; opportunities may be available for morning, afternoon, or both.

A HS diploma or equivalent, or at least 1 year of experience with children, is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities plus homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model.
• Observe program policies and school rules.
• Support program operations such as attendance, registration, and staffing.
