Job summary

Top Score Education is seeking part-time, in-home SAT/ACT tutors in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia. Sessions run after school (4-10 PM) and on weekends, offering flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include delivering 120-minute private, in-home SAT/ACT tutoring sessions, creating customized lesson plans, communicating with families, collaborating with the Top Score team, and completing 50–60 hours of paid training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAT/ACT tutoring experience.
• SAT/ACT percentile score 95th or higher.
• Strong relationships with students and families.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Excellent communicator, responsive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 120-minute private in-home SAT/ACT tutoring sessions in the DC metro area.
• Create customized lesson plans to meet individual goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents and students.
• Collaborate with the Top Score team to track progress and adjust strategies.
• Complete 50–60 hours of paid training.
