Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a Part-time Associate I, Sanitation at the Main Campus (1275 York Ave) to maintain a clean and organized environment within the Food and Nutrition Services department. You will perform sanitation duties and support equipment care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires standing for shifts, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and at least one year of dishwasher or porter experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation duties (cleaning, mopping, dish washing, pot washing) across Food and Nutrition Services locations.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are operational and available at workstation.
• Clean, sanitize and store pots/pans, dishes and silverware; sanitize all equipment.
• Sweep, mop and clean assigned areas.
• Ensure supply of dishes and utensils in Main Kitchen and Retail areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling.
