Shoe Sensation, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Assistant Manager at our Cookeville, TN location. This entry-level, part-time management role combines hands-on selling with people leadership to grow a career in retail footwear.

You'll greet customers, guide shopping experiences, lead the team on duty, process transactions, stock the floor, and help open/close the store. We value internal promotion and offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level management pathway with development opportunities.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to open/close the store and handle deposits when needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through shopping.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep store neat and clean.
