You will be responsible for not only engaging in direct sales but also assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the store’s operations. Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage in selling products, understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing the store team, including helping with training and development.
• Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays.
• Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.

Qualifications
